Holdings in Company

On 12 September 2008, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") received the following notifications:

On 30 June 2008, Michael Bernard Conn, Sir Evelyn Robert Adrian de Rothschild and Christopher Roxborough Balfour (as executors of Lord Rayne's estate) retired. Accordingly, they no longer hold a notifiable interest in the Company, nor does Michael Bernard Conn in his own right.

On 12 September 2008, the legal transfer of shares took place to the new trustees and the following now have a notifiable interest in the Company:

Withers Trust Corporation Limited - registered holding of 52,321,179 ordinary shares, but with voting rights over 50,213,179 ordinary shares only (being 17.87%)

Withers Trust Corporation Limited and James McCarthy (as trustees of Lord Rayne's Will Trust) - registered holding of 46,720,624 ordinary shares, but with voting rights over 44,612,624 ordinary shares only (being 15.88%).
