Directors' Dealings

Longships plc (the "Company") announces that its three directors, Malcolm Burne, Charles Cannon-Brookes and Nathan Steinberg have today each bought 112,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 13p per share.

Following these purchases, the directors' holdings in the Company are as follows:

Nathan Steinberg holds his entire interest in the Company through his Self Invested Personal Pension account. Malcom Burne holds his interest in the Company both directly and indirectly through his association with White Knight Investments Limited.
