Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI), the leading mobile location data and intelligence expert, announces that Shaun Gregory, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned with immediate effect. The Board wishes to thank Shaun for his support and contribution to the Company over the last four years.

The Board intends to seek a replacement for Mr Gregory and will provide details when an appointment is made.
