Notice of pre-close Trading Update

Proxama PLC (AIM: PROX), the global mobile marketing, loyalty and payments company will be providing a trading update for the year ended 31 December 2014 on Tuesday 3 February 2015.

An analysts' call to discuss the update will be held on Tuesday 3^rd February at 09:30 am (UK).

Proxama will also be exhibiting at the Innovators & Investors Forum on Tuesday 3 February, at the Business Design Centre in London N1 0QH from 9.00am to 6.00pm. Chief Executive Neil Garner and Chief Financial Officer John Kennedy, will be presenting to investors at 12.25pm in the Babbage Room, and the company will be available on Stand 30 during the day to meet with current and potential investors.
