Updated timetable regarding Proposed Share Consolidation
Location Sciences Group PLC (AIM: LSAI), the leading mobile location data and intelligence expert, announces that, further to its announcement on 2 November 2018 regarding the Circular posted to shareholders convening a General Meeting on 21 November 2018, the expected timetable of principal events set out on page 4 of the Circular has been updated so that, subject to the passing of the Resolutions, the New Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM and CREST accounts are expected to be credited with New Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 22 November 2018 (rather than at 8.00 a.m. on 23 November 2018 as was previously disclosed in the Circular). The remainder of the timetable remains unchanged and as set out in the Circular.
Save as defined herein, capitalised terms have the same meaning as the Circular published on 2 November 2018, a copy of which is available on the Company's website, https://www.locationsciences.ai/.
