Appt of Finance Director

Lok'n Store Group PLC 05 December 2003 LOK'NSTORE GROUP PLC ('Lok'nStore' or 'the Group') Appointment of Finance Director Lok'nStore announces that Mr Raymond Alan Davies (46) is to join the board with effect from 19th January 2004 as Finance Director. He will succeed Christopher Stevens who is remaining with the Group until February 2004 to arrange a smooth handover. Mr Davies will be on a one month rolling contract for the first six months pending the outcome of the current discussions. Mr Davies, a chartered accountant, has held a number of senior finance positions in the construction and health & fitness sectors: In 1992, he was appointed Group Finance Director and Company Secretary of Dragons Health Clubs Plc during a period of rapid and sustained growth. Following its acquisition by Crown Sports Plc in 2000, he was appointed Finance Director of Crown Sports Clubs Division and Company Secretary of Crown Sports Plc, a fully listed company. From 1984 to 1992 Mr Davies was Group Finance Director and Company Secretary of Mark Scott Construction Group.
