The Company was notified on 20 August 2014 of the following transactions:

Colin Jacobs, an Executive Director, exercised options over 22,500 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Shares) that were awarded to him as set out below:

The options were exercised in full and the shares were sold.  The above transaction was carried out on 19 August 2014 at a price of 212.5p per share.
