Andrew Jacobs has today gifted 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his daughter (who is of majority age and therefore not a Person Closely Associated with Mr Jacobs (within the meaning of the Market Abuse Regulation)).  As a result of the foregoing Mr Jacobs' interest in the Company now stands at 5,205,600 shares representing 19.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
