Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 25 January 2018 Andrew Jacobs, Chief Executive,  gifted 1,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his daughter (who is of majority age and therefore not a Person Closely Associated with Mr Jacobs (within the meaning of the Market Abuse Regulation)). As a result of the foregoing, Mr Jacobs' interest in the Company now stands at 5,514,950 Ordinary Shares representing 18.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
