Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 15 December 2020 that Simon Thomas, Non-executive Director, has sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 560 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 December 2020.

As a result of this transaction, Simon Thomas's beneficial interest in the Company will be 1,525,000 Ordinary Shares representing 5.14 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
