Directors Shareholdings



The Company was today informed that Ray Davies purchased 30,000 ordinary shares
(representing 0.1% of the issued share capital) at 147 pence per share. This
represents his entire holding.


In addition, the Company was also today informed that Richard Holmes purchased
15,000 ordinary shares (representing 0.1% of the issued share capital) at 146
pence per share which takes his holding to 110,000 ordinary shares (representing
0.4% of the issued share capital).
