The Company was notified on 04 November 2004 that the Aylestone Pension Fund has
sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 121p with a resultant holding of
214,575 ordinary shares representing 0.86% of the issued share capital.  Colin
Jacobs, a director of Lok'n Store is interested in this transaction by being one
of the three beneficiaries of the Aylestone Pension Fund.  In addition, Colin
Jacobs owns 12,496 ordinary shares in his own name, a holding which remains
unchanged.
