The Company was informed on 13 November 2001 by Universities Superannuation
Scheme Limited ('USS') that, following a recent purchase of 1,250,000 ordinary
1p shares in the Company ('Shares'), USS now has a holding of 1,250,000 Shares
representing 5.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
