HOLDING IN COMPANY
The Company was today informed by Fidelity Investments that, Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have a
notifiable interest in 1,000,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company ('Shares'),
representing 4.66% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
These Shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
