HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company was today informed by Canada Life Management Group ('CL') that,
following a purchase of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares')
on 12 November 2001, CL is now the beneficial owner of 750,000 Shares,
representing approximately 3.5% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
