                      Notification of Interests in Shares

The Company received notification yesterday from Lok'nStore Trustees Limited as
the trustee of the Lok'nStore Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT') informing it that
they had purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at 82 pence per share on 28 April
2003. The EBT now holds 1,127,500 shares representing 3.96 per cent of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
