                      Notification of Interests in Shares


The Company received notification today from Lok'nStore Trustees Limited as the
trustee of the Lok'nStore Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT') informing it that they
had purchased 750,000 ordinary shares at 85 pence per share on 25 April 2003.
The EBT now holds 877,500 shares representing 3.1 per cent of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
