Lok'nStore Group PLC ('Lok'nStore')


The board of Lok'nStore has noted the movement in its share price over the last
week and confirms that it is not aware of any operational reason for this fall.

Trading continues to be strong throughout Lok'nStore's portfolio of sites and,
in line with its stated strategy at the time of its fund raising in June 2002,
it continues to seek out opportunities to acquire new sites which fit its
stringent acquisition and IRR criteria.
