EXPANDS INSTITUTIONAL SHAREHOLDER BASE
The board of Lok'nStore is pleased to announce that in line with its stated
intention of attracting a wider institutional shareholder base, a broad range
of institutional investors have acquired shares representing 28.9% of
Lok'nStore's issued share capital or 6,200,000 ordinary 1p shares. These
shares have been purchased from Access Storage Holdings SarL ('Access'), as a
result of which Access no longer has a notifiable shareholding in Lok'nStore.
Simon Thomas, chairman of Lok'nStore, commented,
'It is testimony to Lok'nStore's excellent track record and our ability to
maintain profitability while maximising growth that we have been able to
attract a first class list of institutional investors. I am delighted to
welcome our new investors to the group and look forward to updating
shareholders on our continuing progress in due course.'
