Voting Rights and Capital - Correction

The following replaces the announcement regarding the Voting Rights and Capital
released at 14:25 on 21 December 2006  under RNS number 47150, with a correction
to a typographical error in the number of ordinary shares with voting rights:



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 the
Company notifies the market that its issued share capital consists of 26,717,744
ordinary shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights
is 26,717,744.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
