Exercise of Warrants

The Company announces that 92,074 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing
approximately 0.36% of the issued share capital of the Company, have been issued
following the exercise of warrants at an exercise price of 25p each.

Application has been made for the shares in the Company to be admitted to
trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in these new
ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares, will commence on 3 December 2002.

The issued share capital of the Company following the issue of these shares is 
represented by 25,615,114 ordinary shares.
