                    Substantial Shareholding Notifications

On 18 May 2001, the Company was notified that Monteagle Holdings Societe
Anonyme sold 1,027,500 shares on 17 May 2001 and that, as a result, it no
longer has an interest in the issued share capital of the Company.

On 18 May 2001, the Company was notified that Exeter Investment Group plc
purchased 1,027,500 shares on 17 May 2001. This holding represents 4.02% of
the issued share capital of the Company and is held as follows:
