                    Substantial Shareholding Notification





On 9 July 2001, the Company was notified by Exeter Investment Group plc that
portfolios under the management of Exeter Asset Management Limited had
purchased 525,500 shares on 6 July 2001.

As a result, portfolios under the management of Exeter Asset Management
Limited hold in aggregate 1,686,149 shares in the Company, representing 6.6%
of the issued share capital and are held as follows:
