London announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the
resolutions to approve the acquisition of Ansul SA and the disposal of the
Property Companies were duly passed. The acquisition of Ansul SA has been
completed and the 9,496,124 new Ordinary Shares to be issued as partial
consideration for the acquisition of Ansul SA have now been allotted and
issued. It is expected that the Ordinary Shares of London will be re-admitted
to trading on AIM tomorrow.
As set out in the circular to shareholder dated 13 December 1999, Michael
Evans, Keith Watson, Andre Chudnoff and Matthew Roberts have today resigned as
directors of London and Jacques Gaston Murray, Jean-Christophe Pillois and
Emmanuel Sebag have all been appointed as directors of London.
