Appointment of Executive Director

London Security plc announces that Mr. Xavier Mignolet 42, has today been
appointed as a director of the Company.

At the date of his appointment, Mr. Mignolet held options to subscribe for
30,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of £11.50 per share,
representing 0.24% of the issued share capital.

He joined the Company in 1995 and is a director of Ansul s.a. and Importex s.a.
and subsidiary companies in Belgium.

There are no further matters which are required to be announced with regard to
this appointment under Paragraph G of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules.
