Payment of Special Dividend



London Security plc announces a Special Dividend of 42p per ordinary share
payable on 23 July 2004 to shareholders on the register as at close of business
on 16 July 2004.


The Company has accumulated cash comfortably beyond its short to medium term
operational requirements and the Board of Directors feel that it is in the best
interests of shareholders to distribute a part of this surplus cash to
shareholders.
