London Stock Exchange Group plc announces that it has mandated Barclays Capital
and The Royal Bank of Scotland as bookrunners and JPMorgan Cazenove as co-lead
manager of an inaugural benchmark sterling denominated bond issue. The
transaction will be launched following an investor roadshow, subject to market
conditions. The net proceeds of the issue will be used to refinance existing
borrowings.
