Acquisition of shares under the terms of the Millennium IT Share Award Plan ('the Plan')

On 26 March 2013 London Stock Exchange Group plc was notified that on 25 March 2013 Tony Weeresinghe received ordinary shares of 6 79/86 pence in London Stock Exchange Group plc ('Shares') following the vesting of awards made under the Plan.  The awards were made on 25 November 2009 and the second tranche of awards (two thirds of the total earned shares) vested to the extent that performance conditions were met in accordance with the Plan rules and the specific performance conditions required for vesting.
