               ANNOUNCEMENT OF THIRD INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT


London Stock Exchange Group plc will release its routine third quarter Interim
Management Statement (IMS) for the period ended 31 December 2007 on 24 January
2008.  The third quarter IMS will provide summarised revenue information and
trading data.
