LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE RE-REGISTERS
AS A PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY
London Stock Exchange announces that it has today re-registered as a public
limited company and that Ordinary Shares of the London Stock Exchange are now
transferable.
Details of the proposed off-market matched bargain facility for the trading
of Ordinary Shares will be sent by Cazenove & Co. to shareholders when the
documentation on the merger with Deutsche Borse AG to form iX-international
exchanges plc is published. Dealings on the trading facility are expected to
commence shortly thereafter.
