AGM RESOLUTIONS
The London Stock Exchange (the "Company") announces that at its AGM held today,
all the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed, including (i) to
approve a general authority to make market purchases for up to 10% of its own
shares, and (ii) to adopt new articles of association of the Company to take
into account certain recent changes in legislation.
In respect of (ii) above, the full text of the resolution passed at the AGM has
been submitted by the Company to the FSA and will shortly be available for
inspection at the FSA's document viewing facility at:
