London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG") has noted the recent press speculation concerning LSEG and LCH.Clearnet Group Limited ("LCH.Clearnet"). 

LSEG can confirm that it is currently in discussions with LCH.Clearnet regarding a potential transaction.
