Issued dealing in the ordinary shares of TeleCity plc (ISIN GB0005387492),
a revised timetable is set out below.
2. The expected timetable for When Issued dealing is as follows:
When Issued dealing commences - 8.00am Thursday 15 June 2000
Expected time for listing and
commencement of unconditional dealing - 8.00am Thursday 22 June 2000
3. Settlement of When Issued transactions:
Earliest settlement date - Thursday 22 June 2000
4. All transaction reports for When Issued dealing must be submitted to
CREST.
5. The offer may be subject to stabilisation.
