CONFIRMATION OF EX DIVIDEND REGIME
DOMESTIC EQUITY MARKET
CHANGE TO THE EX DIVIDEND REGIME
1. Stock Exchange Notice N33/00, issued on 2 June 2000, consulted on the
change to ex dividend dates with the introduction of T+3 standard settlement.
2. This Notice confirms that, with effect from Monday 5 February 2001 when T+3
standard settlement is introduced, ex dividend dates will occur on Wednesdays
and record dates on Fridays.
3. The Dividend Procedure Timetable for 2001 will be issued shortly.
