Acquisition of No.1 Whitehall Riverside, Leeds, for GBP37.62m

London & Stamford Property Limited ('London & Stamford Property') (AIM: LSP), announces today that it has completed the acquisition of No.1 Whitehall Riverside, Leeds following its announcement dated 1 May 2009. The Purchase was part financed with a new facility from Deutsche Postbank AG.
