APPOINTMENT OF SUZANNE AVERY AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") is pleased to announce that Suzanne Avery has joined the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Suzanne also joins as a member of the Audit Committee.

Suzanne has over 25 years' experience in corporate banking, holding various Managing Director roles at RBS, including Managing Director of Real Estate Finance Group & Sustainability, where she was responsible for REITs, Funds and London based private property companies.

Suzanne is currently a Church Commissioner, senior advisor to Centrus Advisors and a non-executive director of Richmond Housing Partnership Limited. Suzanne is also a trustee of LandAid and cofounder of Real Estate Balance.

No further details are required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
