APPOINTMENT OF ALISTAIR ELLIOTT AS INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric" or "Company") announces the appointment of Alistair Elliott as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Alistair was most recently Senior Partner and Chair of the Knight Frank Group Executive Board, where he was responsible for the group's global strategy. He has also previously been Vice Chair and a Trustee of LandAid, a member of the BPF Policy Committee and the real estate representative of the Professional and Business Services Council, Chairman of the Office Agents Society and Chair of the Property Advisors Forum.

He is currently a member of the Prince's Council and Chairman of The Commercial Property and Development Committee for the Duchy of Cornwall. He is also a Non Executive Director to the Board of Grosvenor Great Britain and Ireland.

There is no additional information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
