LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES  

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric" or "Company") announces that James Dean, Non-Executive Director, is retiring from the Board after 13 years. During his tenure, the Company has undertaken a merger, acquired two other REITS and executed on various capital raises which have helped to increase LondonMetric's portfolio to £3 billion. His contribution has been immense and his property experience is invaluable. He will remain as a consultant to the Company. 

LondonMetric also announces that Suzy Neubert, who joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in March this year, has assumed the role of Senior Independent Director from Robert Fowlds. Suzy will also join the Remuneration Committee which continues to be chaired by Robert.

All changes will take effect from 29 September 2023.
