LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC

Dividend Declaration

LondonMetric Property Plc has today declared its first quarterly interim dividend for FY 2018/19 of 1.9 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend"). This represents an increase of 2.7% in the Dividend and is in line with LondonMetric's progressive dividend policy.

The Dividend timetable is set out below:

Ex-Dividend date	30 August 2018
Record date	31 August 2018
Dividend payment date	5 October 2018

The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to shareholders.
