Financing of Tesco Distribution Unit, Harlow, for £14.89 million

London & Stamford Property Plc (LSE: LSP.L) is pleased to announce that it has completed the £14.89 million financing with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company of the Tesco Distribution Unit, Harlow, acquired on 16 August 2011.  The facility was arranged by Laxfield Capital.
