NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric" or "Company") announces that Suzy Neubert is appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Suzy Neubert has extensive capital markets and financial services experience acting in both an Executive and Non-Executive Director capacity. She is currently Senior Independent Director of Witan Investment Trust from which she has already indicated her intention to retire. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Jupiter Fund Management plc, of LV= and of Isio Topco Limited, the pensions and actuarial firm. Her Executive roles have included Managing Director of Equities at Merrill Lynch followed by fourteen years as Global head of sales & marketing at J O Hambro Capital Management.
