Refinancing of Moore House, London, SW1 for £65 million

Further to the completion of the acquisition of 149 apartments at Moore House, London, SW1 by our Central London Residential Joint Venture (the "Joint Venture") announced on 20 July 2012, London & Stamford Property Plc (LSE: LSP.L) is pleased to announce that the Joint Venture has completed the £65 million refinancing of these apartments with The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc.
