RESULT OF AGM

 

LondonMetric Property Plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Thursday 11 July 2019, all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands.

 

In accordance with 9.6.2(R) of the Listing Rules, a copy of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

 

There were 839,277,503 ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 9 July 2019 (being the total number of shares entitling holders to attend and vote at the AGM).

 

Proxies were received by the Company from Shareholders before the meeting as follows.
