Longboat Energy, established by the former management team of Faroe Petroleum plc to build a significant North Sea-focused E&P business, announces the posting to shareholders of the Notice of Annual General Meeting, to be held on 30 June 2021 which will also be available shortly on the Company's website at www.longboatenergy.com .  Whilst the meeting will be held as a closed meeting, it will be available on the Investor Meet Company platform with details contained in the covering letter to the notice.
