LOOKERS
ACQUISITION OF LEXUS FRANCHISE, ESSEX
Lookers plc today announce the acquisition of Lexus Hadleigh from E & H Hadleigh
Limited for a cash consideration of approximately £2M.
This acquisition gives us our second market area for Lexus in Essex, a
geographical location which we already operate for Toyota.
Commenting, Ken Surgenor, Chief Executive said:-
'We are delighted to be expanding with Lexus, a key manufacturer partner for us.
It adds to our portfolio of prestige franchises in a market area where we
already have a strong presence.
This addition will fit very neatly into our franchise structure, put in place
last year and we expect it to be an excellent addition to our portfolio of
dealership outlets.'
