Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 580,596 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange for trading.

These shares are to be issued and allotted in connection with the take up of 580,596 new ordinary shares of 5p each by shareholders who have elected to receive their final dividend in the form of new shares. It is expected that admission will occur and trading will commence on 30 May 2008. The shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.

A copy of the circular dated 25 April 2008 in respect of the scrip dividend offer has been submitted to the UKLA and is available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at the FSA, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (tel. [phone]).
