Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 170 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange for trading. This application is by way of addition to the Application for Listing of 580,596 new ordinary shares made on 28 May 2008 and is the adjustment as advised by the Company's Registrars.

These shares are to be issued and allotted as part of the take up of new ordinary shares by those shareholders who have elected to receive their final dividend in the form of shares rather than cash. It is expected that admission will occur and trading will commence on 6 June 2008. The shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. 

A copy of the circular dated 25 April 2008 in respect of the scrip dividend offer has previously been submitted to the UKLA by post at the date of issue and again on 28 May 2008. A further copy of the Circular will be sent today and is available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at the FSA, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (tel.
