Lookers plc ('the Company')

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to be listed under a block listing in respect of the following employee incentive schemes:

4,265,285 ordinary shares of 5p each pursuant to the Company's 2008 SAYE share option scheme; and

234,715 ordinary shares of 5p each pursuant to the Company's 2009 SAYE share option scheme.

These shares will trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.

Admission of the block listing is expected to take place on 26 September 2011.
