The company has applied for 257,653 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange. Admission of these shares to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange is expected to occur on 31 May 2005.

These shares have been issued to shareholders that have elected to take their
final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2004 in the form of new
shares.

A copy of the circular dated 18 April 2005 has been submitted to the UK Listing
