Additional Listing



Following the recent subdivision of the Company's ordinary shares into ordinary
shares of 5 pence each ('5p shares') the Company has applied to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing for 1,327,705,
ordinary shares of 5p each.  This Block Listing is in respect of options granted
under Company Share Option Schemes and the Lookers Matching Share Plan.
